TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.
GENERAL POLICY

I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

I do not accept commissions for pornographic or fetish art.

By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labour and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

If you've purchased a commission from me, you are more than welcome to upload it to social media, as long as you give me explicit credit for the work.

I retain the right to display all commissioned work on my personal website, social media sites, or shows/exhibitions. However, if the commissioned work is a surprise gift, I can delay public display upon request.

The commissioner may not sell prints of the artwork, or profit from the artwork. The commissioner may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the commissioner cannot alter the artwork itself.

Commissions are first come first serve. If you have a specific deadline for your commission, please let me know in the application and I'll let you know if I can finish your commission in time.
PAYMENT

All payments are to be made through PayPal where I will send you an invoice. (email is required for order placement).

No other forms of payment are accepted.

Commissions under $20 are to be paid in full upfront upon order. Commissions above $20 require 50% payment upon order and the remaining amount upon completion. Full payment is expected within 7 days of the artwork being finished.

I will send you an invoice for your order when I start it.
PROCESS

References are required to order. If you are ordering a portrait or icon of a specific person, clear photo references are required.

You will be given two revision stages; the sketch stage and the flat colour stage. You will be sent the commission with a watermark at those two stages for your review.

Once the full payment has been received, you will receive an unwatermarked digital copy of your commission in both png and jpg format.

I will take up to 4 weeks to complete your commission. If I fail to meet the deadline without asking for an extension, I will provide you with a full refund.
REVISIONS POLICY

The commissioner is allowed (2) revisions to their artwork (during the approval stages). These revisions, however, must be reasonable. If I have missed important markings, details or other characteristics that belong on the subject and that were present in the references or were specifically requested, I will fix those details.

I reserve the right to reject suggestions and critiques pertaining to style and composition if I feel said critique reduces the quality of the piece. We both want the piece to be the best it can be, but I ask that you be mindful that if you have commissioned me it is because you trust my taste and judgement.

I reserve the right to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal works.

Once a piece has been delivered, there will be no further revisions or changes.
REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds once I start working on your commission. If you think that there is a possibility that you may need the money for any other reason, please do not commission me.
PRINTING
-
Unless otherwise stated, I do not provide or ship physical prints of commissioned artwork. That is the responsibility of the commissioner.

If you miss the chance to order a commission/the slots fill up too quickly, you can request for me to notify you first before I open them again.
